Our story is the story of friendship between a swiss and a mallorquin family. 

Both families share the love for Mallorca, with its the people, culture and its nature. The relationship between the two families was born out of a common believe in transparency, trust and respect. None of this was to be found when the swiss family went through the process of buying and then owning a house in Mallorca. By sharing the same values and offering great help and access to twenty-five years experience in the construction and project management business, together we started this beautiful life-project based on designing and building exclusive properties under the principles of keeping the culture and traditoins of Mallorca alive, exalting local value and natural materials, and put them at those who who really desire to live the true essence of Mallorca.
